Baba i Deda were here last week!
Baba very generously permitted me to relinquish my domestic duties for the week, and I was most grateful. (Spasibo, Baba!) I buried myself in extensive paper revisions, and the week went by in a blur.
Andryushka learned how to give a toast. Now she's ready for Uncle BOB! and Auntie Mal's big day this fall.
Last weekend the weather was perfect! We went for a hike on arguably the most gorgeous trail in the Columbia Gorge.
Andryushka walked a fair bit of it. Impressive!
Deda helped by keeping Andrea entertained along the way.
We miss you, Baba i Deda. Thank you for spending such a lovely week with us.
